The Great Awakening – A Global Transition, Reaction.

With the election of Donald Trump many hidden truths are being reviled.

Exposing the lies of mind controlling main stream media will trigger many people who then experience Truth Trauma and Cognitive Dissonance.

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident. Arthur Schopenhauer, German philosopher (1788 – 1860).

Cognitive Dissonance: the mental conflict that occurs when deep set beliefs or assumptions are contradicted by new information. The unease or tension that conflict arouses in people is relieved by one of many self-protective maneuvers: they reject, explain away, or avoid the new information; persuade themselves that no conflict really exists; reconcile the differences. Informative discussions regularly dissolve into debates using other defensive means of preserving stability and order in their conceptions of the world and of themselves.

When the world as we know it shows itself to be something dramatically different than what we have believed in our entire life, it is traumatic. Cognitive Dissonance is a mental coping mechanism. Beginning when details come to light that represent a stark contradiction to what one has always taken for granted to be true and factual. Unavoidable contradiction plays out in many ways. Individually, everyone experiences truth trauma in a predictable manner with varying degrees of stress. Effects can range from mild to severe.

Some people can see, some people can see when shown and some cannot see. There is no one size that fits all.  For many, some facts are just unconceivable, too fearful to accept. When mental and emotional stress becomes severe, psychological self-protection begins. Personality traits play a big role. Logic, commonsense and critical thinking are the first casualties to be blocked behind a mental barrier.

Signs and Symptoms of Cognitive Dissonance:

  • Dismiss without any interest in looking closer.
  • Use of the phrase “Conspiracy Theory” to justify their own week effort to study or research and ridicule the messenger.
  • Refusal to acknowledge or except opposing sources of information contrary to their core belief.
  • Disregarding highly detailed peer reviewed data substantiating an opposing viewpoint.
  • Unable to provide documents with clear information and details to back up unsubstantiated claims (unidentified source).
  • Respond with baseless accusations and innuendos in denigrating or derogatory nature towards the messenger.
  • Insults and threats that create fear. Thus, setting the stage to dominate over facts with increasing control over their environment.
  • Unable to maintain lifelong relationships with family and friends. Ends all communication.
  • Example of Willful Cognitive Dissonance; “I can’t wrap my mind around that” or “No one could ever be that evil”.

Signs and Symptoms of Truth Trauma: Occurs when reality of truth replaces fiction or lies.

  • Denial, first response, followed by,
  • Compromise, then,
  • Anger, and finally,
  • Coping: managing mental anguish and hurt.

           Four Stages of Truth Trauma:

  1. First, when the facts become apparent and can no longer be overlooked, the first protective human reaction is to go into Denial (it did not happen, it’s not real). Worldwide events spurred on by propaganda (Fake News, Fear) is a powerful psychological warfare tactic in use today. The Information War. Fear (weapon of evil) is the driving force behind the mass psychosis/denial griping the world today thanks to the narrative pushed by the elite using big money technocracy and the corporate controlled media.
  2. Second is Compromise. This is an effort to minimize or lessen the facts of the situation “it’s not really that bad, don’t worry about it” or “everything will work itself out and be OK” and “it’s not the end of the world”.
  3. Third, Anger rears its ugly head when the unavoidable truth sets in. There is every good reason to be upset. Transition from compromise to anger is a difficult time. Working through this phase is a good time for family and Spiritual support systems to usher in coping techniques. This is when energy from anger should be directed towards pursuing positive, righteous, and productive solutions that will lead to a strong coping ability.
  4. And finally, Coping. It’s not about just excepting the reality of the situation, but rather we learn how to continue living our life using our built-in coping mechanisms. Learning how to manage and release mental anguish and hurt. Family, Friends, Church and Professionals give us the social network with the ability to work out the hardships. Successful support systems will rebuild trust, hope, and establish goals with a vision for a positive outlook in the future. You don’t just “get over it” or “forget it”, you learn how to cope and live with it. Healing can be as simple as an open mind and heart, excepting the truth and moving forward with life. However, it can also bring to some, many sleepless nights and daylight nightmares triggering the effect of Cognitive Dissonance; reconcile the differences; or resort to any other defensive means of preserving stability and order in their conceptions of the world and of themselves.

“For nothing is hidden that will not become evident, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Take care how you listen; for whoever has, to him more shall be given; and whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has shall be taken away from him.”

“Then You are a King?” Jesus answered, “You say [correctly] that I am a King. This is why I was born, and for this I have come into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth [who is a friend of the truth and belongs to the truth] hears and listens carefully to My voice.”

“And when they had prayed, the place where they were meeting together was shaken [a sign of God’s presence]; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness and courage.”
